Refunds & Returns Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Use, and should be read in context with the other sections:

Gift Cards

Should you not receive your gift card via email, remember that your purchases can also be viewed online by logging into the website and clicking on “My Account”. Alternatively, you may also request that we resend your order email if required.

Should you have reason to believe that any gift card that you purchased through is faulty, please use the contact form on our website to send the serial number and details about the problem to us.

Within 24 hours of receiving your query, we will escalate the query to the relevant Suppliers and/or Manufacturers to investigate the matter. Please note that it may take several business days for us to receive a reply from the relevant Suppliers and/or Manufacturers.

Within 24 hours of receiving a response from the relevant Suppliers and/or Manufacturer, we will reply to your email, informing you of the findings.

If the secret PIN is found to be faulty, will immediately provide a replacement gift card to you. Where a replacement is not possible, we will immediately refund your money.

However, due to the nature of electronic gift cards, once a VALID secret PIN has been provided to you, it is not possible to accept a return or provide a refund in any form.

Ticketing  facilitates bookings and payment for events from time to time. Please note that is only a facilitator in the booking and payment process on behalf of the third party. If the event is postponed or cancelled, you will need to deal directly with the third party event organiser for a refund or to make other arrangements.
