অর্ডার বাতিল ও ফেরতের নিয়মাবলী:

১. অর্ডার বাতিল বা ফেরতের জন্য 01405290238 নম্বরে কল করুন অথবা [email protected] ইমেইলে আমাদের জানান।

২. ডিজিটাল পণ্য সরবরাহের সাথে সাথে যদি ভুল পণ্য পান, অথবা পণ্য বর্ণনার সাথে মেলে না, তবে আপনি পণ্য ফেরতের জন্য যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।

৩. নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য ফেরত বা প্রতিস্থাপন করা হবে:

• ভুল ডিজিটাল পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হলে।

• প্রদত্ত সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা কোড ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে।

• ওয়েবসাইটে বর্ণিত তথ্যের সাথে মিল না থাকলে।

• নিম্নমানের বা অকার্যকর কোড প্রদান করা হলে।

ডিজিটাল পণ্য সরবরাহে ব্যর্থতা:

• যদি আমরা কোনো কারণে আপনাকে ডিজিটাল পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে ব্যর্থ হই, তাহলে ১২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ফোন, টেক্সট বা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে আপনাকে জানানো হবে।

• যদি আপনি অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করে থাকেন, তাহলে তা ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।

প্রতিস্থাপনের পদ্ধতি:

• যদি আপনি সরবরাহের সময় ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পান এবং প্রতিস্থাপন চান, তাহলে আমাদের হেল্পলাইন 01405290238-এ যোগাযোগ করুন অথবা [email protected]এ ইমেইল করুন।

• প্রতিস্থাপিত পণ্য ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হবে।

সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরতের নিয়ম:

• যদি অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের ৭ দিন পরও বাকি অর্থ পরিশোধ না করা হয়, তাহলে অর্ডার বাতিল হবে এবং জমাকৃত অর্থ ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।

অর্থ ফেরতের প্রক্রিয়া:
১. রিফান্ডের জন্য গ্রাহককে 01405290238 নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে অথবা প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টসহ [email protected]এ ইমেইল করতে হবে।
২. ইমেইল পাওয়ার পর Gift Cards Zone BD ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে যাচাইকরণ এবং ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করবে।
৩. যদি ফেরতের পরিমাণ ১০,০০০ টাকার কম হয়, তাহলে বিকাশ/নগদ বা অন্য কোনো মোবাইল ওয়ালেটের মাধ্যমে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
৪. যদি ফেরতের পরিমাণ ১০,০০০ টাকার বেশি হয়, তাহলে গ্রাহককে একটি একাউন্ট পে চেকের মাধ্যমে ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।

Order Cancellation and Return Policy:

1. To cancel or return an order, please call us at 01405290238 or email us at [email protected].

2. If you receive an incorrect product or if the delivered product does not match the description, you can request a return or replacement.

3. Products can be returned or replaced under the following conditions:

   • If a wrong digital product is delivered.

   • If the delivered subscription or code is faulty or not working.

   • If the product does not match the description mentioned on the website.

   • If a low-quality or invalid code is provided.

Failure in Digital Product Delivery:

• If we are unable to deliver the digital product, we will notify the customer within 12 hours via phone, text, or email.

• If the customer has made an advance payment, the amount will be refunded within 3 working days.

Replacement Procedure:

• If a customer receives a faulty product and wants a replacement, they must contact our helpline at 01405290238 or email us at [email protected].

• The replacement product will be delivered within 3 working days.

Full Refund Policy:

• If the customer fails to complete the remaining payment within 7 days after order confirmation, the order will be automatically canceled, and the paid amount will be refunded within 7 days.

Money Refund Process:

1. To apply for a refund, the customer must contact 01405290238 or email us at [email protected] with necessary supporting documents.

2. After receiving the email, Gift Cards Zone BD will take 5 working days to complete the verification and refund process.

3. If the refund amount is below Tk 10,000, it will be refunded through bKash/Nagad or any other mobile wallet account of the customer.

4. If the refund amount is above Tk 10,000, Gift Cards Zone BD will issue an account payee cheque to the customer.
